Ying Zhu

Professor Zhu is the Director of the Centre for Asian Business at the University of South Australia (UniSA). Prior to joining the UniSA in Feb 2011, he was an Associate Professor at the Department of Management & Marketing and the Director of Master of Human Resource Management Program at the University of Melbourne.

His has several years of research experience in Australia and overseas. He has been involved in many research projects since he graduated from Peking University in 1984. The development of his research and scholarly activities shows a clear progression in the area of interdisciplinary work, especially in the areas of employment relations (Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations), international human resource management, labour law and regulations in Asia, business cultures in Asia and the political economy of globalization.
